WHAT WE DO
Established in 2004, Quality Control Services (QCS) is a DBE and Ohio EDGE certified company headquartered in Cleveland Ohio. While founded primarily to provide industrial coating inspection, QCS has grown to be one of the elite transportation construction inspection firms in the area now providing Engineering, Construction Administration, Construction Management and Construction Support Services.
QCS has successfully staffed construction management and inspection contracts as a prime and/or subconsultant in every ODOT District. In the past six years, QCS provided IQF inspection services for Parts 1 & 2 of the historic Cleveland Innerbelt Projects, the I-71/I-670 Columbus Crossroads Project along with inspection and testing services on two of the three Ohio Bridge Partnership contracts.
QCS is also currently providing services for the Ohio Turnpike Infrastructure Commission, and the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works. Since 2015, QCS has supplied Project Management and Inspection services to the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation during their annual maintenance shut-down.
QCS understands that in this industry success is measured one contract at a time, and positive reputations are built through consistency. From job staffing and employee communication to project documentation and invoicing, every aspect of contract delivery is monitored to ensure that clients receive only the highest quality service.
Dave Nolan was named the SBA Small Businessperson of the Year for the State of Ohio in 2018.
